Our Return Policy:

• Customer has 14 days to initiate an exchange of size or a return.

• Please contact us via email if you need to exchange your purchase or need to return an item :2c2c@2c2cmusic.com and we will provide you with the address to return your item to.

• Please note that as all our products are made to order, we are only able to offer an exchange or credit note unless the item is deemed faulty.

• Conditions of returns and exchanges (must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, with any tags intact).

• We do not accept returns on any digital items, or on mugs and tote bags unless damaged upon receipt .

• Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Then your refund, exchange or credit note will be processed. If a refund is agreed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact 2c2c@2c2cmusic.com .

• Exchanges. We only replace items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. If you need to replace it for the same item please email us at 2c2cmusic.com and we will advise the address to mail your item to.

• Customer is liable for any return shipping costs.
